Working with Us
In working with us, we want you know our process, have clear expectations and get the most out of working with us. This is how we work:
- Discovery – In our first meeting(s), we learn about you, your business and your goals. We’ll meet with the team and individual stakeholders in order to gain insights into the operation, its people and culture.
- Assessment – In our next meeting, we will present our findings. It will be a candid assessment of what we see ‘here’ and what we see is needed to grow the company to ‘there.’
- Plan – After that, we focus on creating a comprehensive plan (including key performance indicators and milestones) that acts as a step by step guide for getting you to your growth goal(s).
- Execution – Finally, we work alongside you to monitor progress, ensure you meet milestones and build the skills needed to achieve your goal. This looks like meetings and check in calls to ensure focus and create accountability.
- Your coaching plan is completely tailored for you, your needs and your company. (We hate those pre-packaged, stale, one-size-fits-all strategies!)
- You increase your knowledge and skill base, which you can apply to other areas of your business. (Long after we’re gone!)
- You are able to see your business with new perspective and have a clear plan how to move forward into whatever comes next.
